Serum can be used in matrix studies to determine optimal diluents to formulate controls and calibrators for assay development. Our off-the-clot human serum is obtained from FDA-licensed donation centers. This product contains no anticoagulants or preservatives and is provided as full units ranging from 275 mL to 325 mL per donation. Demographic and collection information including: age, gender, and bleed date can be provided upon request. Each donated unit has been tested on FDA approved methods and found to be non reactive for HBsAg, anti-HIV 1/2, anti-HCV, Syphilis, HIV-1 RNA, HCV RNA, and HBV DNA. |
